# Security & privacy

> How Vivacity protects your account and your data.

Your business data is sensitive. Here's how Vivacity keeps it safe and private.

## Your data

    Each workspace is kept strictly separate. Your data is never mixed with another business's.

* **Connection-level access** to keep sensitive sources (inbox, payments) limited to admins.
* **Revoke access** to any tool in one click.

## Australian privacy

Vivacity is an Australian business and handles personal information in line with the **Australian Privacy Principles**. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and connector data is removed when you disconnect a tool or close your workspace.

## The approval gate (worth repeating)

  Reading your data never triggers an action. Anything that sends a message, contacts a customer or changes a connected system is **drafted and held for your explicit approval**.
