# What you can do with Vivacity

> The everyday features - briefings, asking questions, recommendations, alerts and reports.

Once your tools are connected, you'll spend your time in four places. Everything is grounded in **your** data and held to the same rule: Vivacity drafts, you decide.

  <Card title="Ask Vivacity" icon="comments" href="/features/ask-vivacity">
    Ask anything about your business and get answers, not dashboards.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Recommendations & approvals" icon="circle-check" href="/features/recommendations-and-approvals">
    A short list of next best actions, drafted for you to approve.

## Alerts

Vivacity watches your connected data for things worth your attention - a spike in refunds, a drop in ad performance, a big overdue invoice, an unusual surge in leads - and tells you in plain English, with the likely cause and a suggested next step. You choose what's worth an alert; thresholds are tuned to your business, not generic defaults.

## Reports

Turn the current picture into a clean summary you can share - a weekly performance recap, a cash-flow snapshot, a lead-source breakdown. Reports read from the same consistent numbers as your briefings, so what you share matches what you see.

  Features available to you depend on your plan. Manage your plan in **Settings → Billing**, or see [Account & billing](/account/account-and-billing).
