# Recommendations & approvals

> How Vivacity suggests next best actions - and how approvals keep you in control.

Vivacity doesn't just tell you what's happening - it drafts what to do about it. And it never does it behind your back.

## How recommendations work

Vivacity turns a finding into a ready-to-go action: a payment reminder for an overdue invoice, a follow-up to a hot lead, a budget shift away from a wasted campaign. Each recommendation comes with:

* **The why** - the evidence behind it.
* **A draft** - written in your voice, ready to review.
* **The expected outcome** - what it's meant to achieve.

## The approval gate

<Warning>
  **Nothing leaves your business without your approval.** Every action that sends a message, contacts a customer, or changes a connected system is drafted and held until you approve it.
</Warning>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Review">
    Read the draft and the reasoning. Everything you need to decide is on the card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit (optional)">
    Tweak the wording or details until it's exactly right.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve or dismiss">
    Approve to let it proceed, or dismiss it. Vivacity learns from what you approve and what you don't.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Autonomy you control

You decide how much latitude Vivacity has - from **suggest only** (everything waits for you) up to pre-approved routines for low-risk, repetitive actions. You can change this any time, and high-impact actions always ask first.

<Note>
  Approvals are logged, so you always have a record of what was suggested, what you approved, and when.
