# How Vivacity works

> The simple model behind Vivacity: connect, learn, suggest, approve.

Vivacity follows one loop, on repeat. Understanding it makes everything else click.

## The loop

    You connect the tools you already use. Vivacity reads them **read-only** - it can see your data but can't change it during setup.

    Vivacity normalises everything into one picture - revenue, leads, ads, cash, customers - and learns what *normal* looks like for your business.

    It surfaces what changed and why, and drafts the next best actions in your voice - a payment reminder, a follow-up, a budget shift.

    Nothing leaves your business until **you approve it**. Approve, edit, or dismiss. Vivacity learns from your choices.

## The principle that matters most

  **Vivacity drafts; you decide.** By default Vivacity is read-only and every outward action - sending an email, messaging a customer, changing a budget - is drafted and held for your explicit approval. It never acts on your systems on its own.

## How your data is organised

Vivacity takes raw data from each connector and refines it in layers, so the numbers you see are consistent no matter which tool they came from:
