  <Accordion title="Will Vivacity send emails or change things without me?">
    No. Vivacity is read-only at setup, and every outward action is **drafted and held for your approval**. Nothing happens until you say so. See [Recommendations & approvals](/features/recommendations-and-approvals).

  <Accordion title="Is my data safe and private?">
    Yes. Data is encrypted, each business is isolated, your data is never mixed with another business's or used to train third-party models, and you can disconnect or delete any time. See [Security & privacy](/account/security-and-privacy).

  <Accordion title="How many tools should I connect?">
    As many as reflect how you run the business. More sources let Vivacity connect cause and effect. Most owners start with store or accounting, then add ads, CRM and inbox. See [Get the most from Vivacity](/best-practices/get-the-most-from-vivacity).
