What Vivacity does with Zoho CRM
- Read contacts, deals and pipeline stages (read-only).
- Rank who to contact next and explain why.
- Draft outreach and follow-ups for your approval.
What syncs
Vivacity reads the following from Zoho CRM (read-only):- Contacts, companies and leads
- Deals / opportunities and pipeline stages
- Activity, notes and record owners
Vivacity only ever reads the data you connect. It does not write back to Zoho CRM unless you explicitly approve an action.
