The first sync may still be running. Large histories take longer. Wait a few minutes, then check the connector shows Connected (not Syncing). You’ll get a notification when your first briefing is ready.

Vivacity refreshes on a schedule. To pull the latest immediately, use Settings → Connectors → [tool] → Sync now.

Small differences usually come from time zones, date ranges, or how a metric is defined (e.g. gross vs net revenue, when a refund is counted). Check you’re comparing the same window and definition. If a number looks genuinely wrong, contact support with an example.

Connectors load recent history first, then backfill. Very old data may take time, and some tools limit how far back their API allows. If you need a specific older period, let us know.

A direct connection isn’t available for that tool yet. Import the data manually (for example via a Google Sheet) until the direct connector ships.
