Connecting a tool means trusting Vivacity with your data. Here’s exactly how that trust is handled.

What Vivacity can see

Only what you connect, and only at the access level you grant - which is read-only at setup. Each connector’s page lists precisely what it reads (for example, a store connector reads orders, products and customers).

What Vivacity does not do

No silent changes

It won’t change anything in your tools unless you approve a specific action.

No cross-business mixing

Your data is never blended with, or shown to, another business.

No training third-party models

Your data isn’t used to train external AI models.

No selling your data

Your business data is yours. Vivacity uses it only to help you.

How your data is protected

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, including connector credentials.
  • Workspace isolation - each business’s data is kept strictly separate.
  • Least-privilege access - read-only scopes by default; outward actions require approval.
  • Revocable any time - disconnect a tool to stop access immediately.
See Security & privacy for the broader picture.

The approval gate

Reading your data never triggers an action. Anything that sends, messages or changes a connected system is drafted and held for your explicit approval - every time.

Your rights over your data

  • Access & export - see and export the data Vivacity holds for your workspace.
  • Delete - remove a connection, or your workspace, and the associated data is removed.
  • Australian Privacy Principles - Vivacity is built to handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law.
