Quick checks that fix most things

Check the connector state

In Settings → Connectors, look for Reconnect required or Syncing. Reconnect if prompted.

Trigger a manual sync

Use Sync now to pull the latest data.

Confirm the right account

Make sure you authorised the correct account/store with admin access.

Give a first sync time

Large histories take longer to load fully.
