You’ll be up and running in four steps. The only thing you need is login access to one business tool - your store, ads, CRM or accounting.

Create your workspace

Sign up and name your workspace (usually your business name). This is the private home for your data and your team.

Connect your first source

Go to Settings → Connectors and connect the tool that best reflects your business - most owners start with their store (Shopify, WooCommerce) or accounting (Xero, QuickBooks).

Connect your first source

Step-by-step, with what to expect.

Let Vivacity learn

Vivacity runs a first read of your data (read-only) and builds your baseline. This usually takes a few minutes; larger histories can take longer. You’ll get a notification when your first briefing is ready.

Read your first briefing - and ask a question

Open your Daily Briefing to see what’s happening, then ask Vivacity anything in plain English, like “What changed in revenue this week?” or “Which leads should I follow up first?”

What good looks like after setup

You’ve connected at least one source and see a Connected badge.
Your first Daily Briefing has generated.
You can ask a question and get an answer grounded in your data.

Next steps

Connect more tools

The more Vivacity can see, the sharper it gets. Add your ads, CRM and inbox next.

How Vivacity works
